Job summary

American Security & Investigations, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a Security Post Captain in Naples, FL. This full-time, permanent role requires supervising security staff, patrolling facilities, and enforcing site rules.

The position pays $24.00/hour, with first shift, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Candidates must have a valid D license, an active driver's license with a clean record, and at least two years of security and leadership experience, plus ability to speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have D license and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must have at least 2 years security experience.
• Must have at least 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking, patrolling, stairs, and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites.
• Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances.
• Securing doors and windows.
• Enforcing rules and regulations.
• Responding to alarms.
