Allied Universal in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a Security Officer Patrol to safeguard clients across Manufacturing & Industrial sites. You will conduct unarmed patrols, maintain visibility, and respond professionally to site needs while delivering superior customer service and clear communication as part of a collaborative team.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule with fixed shifts; pay is $17.07 per hour plus access to Smart Tools, growth opportunities, and a benefits program.

Qualifications

• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws/regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the site to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing visitors/vendors.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Report hazards and security concerns per procedures.
