Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to protect clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. You will provide customer service, monitor sites, and respond to incidents while upholding safety procedures to protect people and property.

Must be 18+ (21+ for armed); high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience; background checks and drug screening as required by law. On-site positions offer medical, retirement, holidays, and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws; medical/drug screening may apply
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regulations; valid driver's license for driving roles only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site
