GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for the Las Vegas site. You will patrol, monitor, and protect environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers, ensuring safety and reporting incidents with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year security experience in high-end residential communities.
• Current PILB on hand.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient with computers and electronic systems.
• Willingness to work holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Professionally answer all phones at the site.
• Observe, survey the area and report activity at the location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports on incidents and guests.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols safely as required.
• Control access for community members and guests by checking IDs and handling deliveries.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Monday-Wednesday / 8:00pm-8:00am OR Friday-Sunday / 8:00pm-8:00am
• Grave/Day Combo, Thursday / 8:00pm-8:00am & Saturday-Sunday / 8:00am-8:00pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities Of Tactical Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in a safe manner, as requested.
• You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed.

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have at least 1 year Security experience in High-end Residential Communities.
• You have a current PILB on hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You excel in working with computers and other electronic systems.
• You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
