Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report details to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in industrial areas and around the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing visitors and delivery personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and complete required reports.
