Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site requirements; document visitor activity, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining awareness of controlled areas and restricted information.

As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Driver Patrol in Fullerton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
