Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full-Time Patrol Driver in Green Valley, AZ. You will serve and safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites, conducting driving and foot patrols while maintaining a visible security presence and reporting concerns.

The position emphasizes customer service, integrity, and teamwork, with a shift pattern that supports daytime operations. A background check and drug screen are part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing operations, warehouse areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and security‑related incidents to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
