Job summary

Lake Almanor Country Club is seeking a vigilant Security Patrol Officer to join our security team. You will patrol designated areas, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents to ensure the safety of people and property.

This Seasonal Part-Time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities including reporting, assisting staff and visitors, and maintaining a strong security presence on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and stamina for patrols.
• Must obtain a CA guard card.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to deter and detect security breaches or unauthorized activities.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and review security footage as needed.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Write detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions or inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a visible presence to promote a secure environment.

Security Patrol Officer
