Job summary

Andy Frain Services, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking immediately available package screeners to join our security team. The role involves using screening technology to inspect packages for prohibited items and to perform equipment and record-keeping duties.

Hours are Monday through Friday in the late afternoon to evening. A Security Officer License is required, and NJ SORA card is mandatory. Training is provided for screening equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Screen packages in compliance with employer guidelines.
• Actively screen for prohibited items and IEDs.
• Includes physical search, explosive trace detection, and X-ray screening.
• Calibrate and maintain screening technology.
• Maintain written logs of screened vehicles.
• Know emergency procedures and alarm resolution responsibilities.
• Complete and provide daily logs and reports for review.
