Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking Staff Analyst Trainee candidates to provide administrative support for Security in Operations Support/Field Operations/EAGLE Teams. You will handle invoices, verify schedules, reconcile cards and requisitions, and prepare data-driven reports and presentations

Responsibilities include delivering presentations to the Executive Staff, supporting special projects, and optional overtime including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• The Education: Baccalaureate degree in a related field from an accredited college.
• For Staff Analyst Trainee II: Baccalaureate degree in a related field and one year of full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Department of Security in Operations Support/Field Operations and Eagle Teams.
• Track invoices, verify guard schedules, and reconcile procurement cards and requisitions of materials.
• Prepare data analyses, studies, reports, charts, and presentations using technical tools and customized software.
• Assist in delivering oral presentations to Executive Staff and participate in special projects.
• Overtime may be required; weekends/holidays and different tours could be scheduled.
