Job summary

Chitra seeks a Security Assistant to support the CBL Battle Lab Facility at Fort Gordon, GA. All work is onsite; the role provides security operations support, policy development, and access control for sensitive materials within the experimentation environment.

The candidate should have at least three years in security, familiarity with JPAS or DISS, and be capable of preparing inspections, maintaining documents, and reporting security deficiencies; Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in security operations relevant to DoD or government facilities.
• Familiarity with JPAS or DISS for personnel security processing.
• Ability to perform self-inspections and maintain records for access control and safeguarding materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform self-inspections of security programs and manage access to restricted records.
• Prepare and maintain policy and procedures for handling, storing, and granting access.
• Maintain classified document accounts and assess possible security violations.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain security forms and support various security processes.
• Manage building key control and ensure physical security measures.
