Qualifications

• 3–5 years related security experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Max equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain logs for document control
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain a customer database of contacts
• Assist with visit notices processing and filing
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry/exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System
• Maintain personnel security files
• Follow customer SOPs
• Support security awareness programs
• Perform miscellaneous administrative support as directed
• Review and monitor security clearance activities with government personnel
• Participate in Air Force SAP security inspections
• Implement Top Secret control for accountable material
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail/faxes/courier receipts
• Prepare PARs for accuracy and access eligibility
• Execute SAP Nomination questionnaires
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews for SAP access
• Data entry in AFADS and maintain access information
• Perform indoctrinations
