DK Security, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage contract and temporary security assignments in the designated Michigan region. You will supervise site supervisors and officers, ensure service quality, and support client relationships as part of our growing security team.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a practical CPL and some travel. The position reports to the Director of Operations and adapts to field conditions.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration preferred, security focus OK.
• Must have or obtain Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract management for security programs in the region.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and Security Officers in the field.
• Maintain client relationships and meet service levels.
• Oversee staff scheduling, travel, and training compliance.
• Handle payroll, overtime, and site visits.
