Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field supervisory experience in security or related settings.
• High school diploma or GED required; further education in criminal justice or security management preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and staffing needs.
• Knowledge of access control, patrol, incident response, and physical security.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, reporting platforms, and computer systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and supervise Contract Security Officers.
• Provide security services at TVA facilities including offices, dams, substations, warehouses, and critical sites.
• Ensure staffing coverage for posts and shifts.
• Monitor and enforce security procedures and site requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and evaluations of security operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and training on-site.
• Maintain and review incident, alarm, and daily reports.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and TVA policy compliance.
