Youth Villages, a national leader in children's mental and behavioral health, is seeking a dedicated IT Security professional. The role encompasses configuring and managing network infrastructure, mentoring, and advocating secure practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, Security+ certification, and at least 3 years of experience in key CISSP domains. The organization offers a mission-driven environment with opportunities for professional growth and a strong commitment to inclusion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in at least 2 of the CISSP domains such as Security Operations.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network security software.
• Ability to educate staff on security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical resource and mentor other teams.
• Configure and support network infrastructure.
• Monitor security controls and respond to irregular behavior.
