Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Security Specialist II to maintain safety and security across the agency and support timely dissemination of security information.

The role requires obtaining and maintaining customer clearances and applying security procedures for access control and handling of classified material. You will review visits and travel requests, assist with staff clearances and badge processing, and track security training compliance, supporting federal contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
• Experience implementing security procedures and managing access controls.
• Familiar with handling classified material and safeguarding information.
• Ability to review visits and travel requests for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall safety and security within the agency.
• Ensure compliance with security directives.
• Assist in implementing security-related procedures (control of vault rooms, access authorizations, and registrations).
• Assist in the handling of classified material.
• Review classified visits, foreign visits and assignments, and foreign travel requests.
• Help investigate security infractions and report them.
• Assist with processing staff for security clearances and badges.
• Track security training compliance and maintain training records.
