Allied Universal is seeking a Security Operations Center Officer in Racine, WI to safeguard clients across industries and uphold safety on site. The role emphasizes responding to incidents, patrolling premises, monitoring CCTV/alarms, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles, as required by site policy.
• High School diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to a background investigation per applicable laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment; licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms; operate facility computer systems as assigned.
• Handle security issues or emergencies and contact emergency services when needed.
