Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Network Security Analyst 1 to monitor, triage, investigate, and analyze cybersecurity alerts across enterprise networks, endpoints, cloud environments, email systems, identity platforms, and security infrastructure. You will support incident response, document findings, and escalate confirmed threats to appropriate cybersecurity teams.

The role requires experience with SOC/CSOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response practices, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience in security alert triage and incident investigation.
• Knowledge of SOC/CSOC operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks.
• Experience with SIEMs, EDRs, and cloud security controls.
• Ability to document investigations and coordinate containment actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage cybersecurity alerts from SIEM/EDR/cloud security platforms.
• Investigate security events for severity, scope, impact and risk.
• Escalate confirmed threats to Incident Response, Threat Hunting, or SOC Engineering teams.
• Correlate events across endpoints, firewalls, IDS/IPS, cloud services.
