Securitas USA is hosting an open interview for Security - Open Interviews - Full Time at our Henderson, NV location. The team is seeking dependable individuals to monitor premises, perform access control, and patrol client sites.

The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and adherence to post orders across shifts. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Guard Card required.
• Nevada Drivers License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage Range: $16.00-$20.00/HR

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
