Walden Security in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking Security Officers with an Active DOE clearance. These full‑time posts require you to already hold the clearance, and you will be assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift with weekend rotation.

Starting pay is $20.67 per hour with the DOE clearance; once reciprocity is completed, pay rises to $30.38 per hour. A valid driver’s license, age 25+, and a clean driving record are required, along with passing a background check and drug test.

Full Time Security needed in Oak Ridge

Position requires an Active DOE (Department of Energy) Clearance . YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE THE CLEARANCE, it is not possible for Walden Security to help you to get a clearance.

Candidates with a DOE Q clearance will receive $20.67 until reciprocity of the Q clearance is completed. Then the pay goes to $30.38 per hour paid on a weekly basis. All employees will work a scheduled weekend, you will be put into rotation and no one is exempt from being in the rotation.

Candidate will be assigned to either 2nd or 3rd shift. 1st shift positions are not available.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 25 years old and a clean driving record with no more than 1 violation in the last 5 years. This position requires patrol in a company owned vehicle. All workers that are required to drive company vehicles and must be cleared to be covered under Walden Security automotive plan.

What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.
