Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Officer in Houston, TX to maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises and patrolling sites. No security experience is required; candidates from retail, food service, or hospitality are welcome.

You must be able to stand for long hours and work nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and fitness recommended. We offer a retirement plan, employer-provided medical and dental coverage, company-paid life insurance, voluntary life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior security experience required; retail, food service, or hospitality background is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform light lifting.
