Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer in Austin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling a variety of locations.

You will enforce regulations, assist employees and visitors, and contribute to a culture of vigilance and helpfulness. Training is provided for those new to the security field, with opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
• Customer service or hospitality background is helpful but not required.
• Ability to observe and report safety concerns and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor client sites to maintain a safe environment.
• Patrol assigned areas and respond to incidents or alarms.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and directives as directed by clients.
• Provide courteous assistance and information to employees and visitors.

Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
