Job summary

American Security & Investigations is seeking an Experienced Security Officer in West Des Moines, IA. The role offers hourly pay between $17.50 and $18.50 and multiple schedules including full-time and part-time shifts.

Candidates must be at least 18, have security experience, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Responsibilities include patrolling facilities, reporting hazards, securing access points, enforcing rules, and responding to alarms.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Must have prior Corporate Security Experience (at least 1 year)
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR

Experienced Security Officer at American Security & Investigations in West Des Moines IA

Hourly Rate: $17.50/hr. – $18.50/hr.

Location: West Des Moines, IA,

Schedules:

Full Time: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Full Time: Tues-Fri 11pm-7am

Part Time: Sat & Sun 7am-3pm

Part Time: Mon-Fri 5am-9am (Dock Officer)

Part Time: Mon-Fri 6am-10am

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old.
