Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer/Guard in Fort Wayne, IN to observe and report activities, patrol client sites, and control access while delivering customer service to employees and visitors. The role requires passing a drug screen and background check and meeting licensing requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Security Officers/Security Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Patrol premises and control access as required.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and customers.
