Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking Security Officers/Guards to monitor and protect client properties, report incidents, and assist visitors with a service-oriented approach. The role requires the ability to meet licensing requirements and pass a drug screen and background check.

Positions are available as full-time or part-time, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company; applicable physical requirements may include lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent movement on foot.

Qualifications

• Security Officers/Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Pass drug screen and background check as part of the job requirements.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to maintain security and safety of property and personnel.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
