Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Weekend Patrol Driver in Clearfield, UT. You will provide on-site security services at an aerospace and defense location, while supporting a welcoming, customer-focused environment and a culture of integrity.

This weekend role offers a $24.18/hour pay rate, a flexible schedule (Sat and Sun 6:00 AM–2:00 PM), and the chance to gain DoD Secret Clearance experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required where the job is located.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, assisting with visitor processing and directing individuals in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
