GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer for weekend night shifts at our Antioch, Tennessee site. You will monitor multiple security screens, document events with detailed reports, and respond rapidly to incidents to protect people and property.

The role emphasizes sharp observation, attention to detail, and strong report writing. Prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus, and a valid state license if required.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Part Time, Saturday and Sunday, Nights, 9p.m. to 5p.m.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Officer

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skillsStrong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
