Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Warehouse Protection in Litchfield Park, AZ. This full-time role pays $20.39 per hour and includes a set daytime schedule involving multiple shifts.

You will perform patrols, deter incidents, support access control, and provide excellent customer service while upholding Allied Universal values.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.

Job Description

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Protection in Litchfield Park, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and screening activities. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly, responding to security-related concerns, and demonstrating Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
