Job Description

Security Officer Unarmed Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment at a high‑profile location. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report security-related concerns, hazards, damaged property, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
