Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in San Francisco, CA to provide customer-focused security at government transportation facilities. You will perform routine patrols, enforce access control, and respond to incidents with professional courtesy, maintaining a visible, welcoming presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at government transportation facilities.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, transit-related areas, entrances, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel, completing accurate activity and incident reports.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and crowd or queue management as assigned while maintaining a professional presence in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Fri 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM
• Sat 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM
• Sun 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
