Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response in Granby, MA. Pay rate is $20.50 per hour with evening shifts. You will safeguard residents, perform patrols, control access, and report incidents ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for communities and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, completing incident reports, and maintaining logs. Minimums: 18+ years old, HS diploma, background check, and drug screening as required.

• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with property policies, documenting observations and maintaining required logs.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
