Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

• Background investigation will be conducted in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and report access-control concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoffs with a professional presence in a dynamic workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.


• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology workplace.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
