Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to patrol multiple sites and maintain a safe environment for residents and visitors. This role requires keen attention to detail, reliable communication, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Shifts include PT/2nd Shift, weekends, and as needed, with a starting rate of $18/hour. A valid security license, clean driving record, and at least 2 years of experience are preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, visitors, and team members.
• Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to write clear incident reports and logs.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols or vehicle patrols to deter threats.
• Serve as a visible deterrent and provide customer care.
• Keep logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and suspicious activity.

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
