Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer TWIC Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Jacksonville, FL. You will protect clients across government port locations, provide customer service, monitor access points, and conduct patrols while following site procedures and reporting incidents promptly.

This role requires a valid TWIC and driver's license; you will work a day schedule and may complete logs and incident documentation as part of your duties.

Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation per laws.
• Drug screen per law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to port visitors, employees, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, facilities, access points, parking areas, waterfront perimeters and other areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, identifications, and vehicle or visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and critical situations and inform appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and incident documentation accurately and promptly.

Job Description

As a Security Officer TWIC Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic government port location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and personnel, and respond to concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.
