Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background checks and drug screening required by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work environment varies by client site.
