Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and patrols to identify suspicious activity or hazards.
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes; ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly.
• Accurately document and report all incidents and concerns.
• Perform routine foot patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors.
• Identify and report safety risks and hazards.
• Address disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members, site management, and responders when needed.
