Walden Security is seeking a Security Officer for Fort Wayne, Indiana, to patrol and monitor industrial and commercial properties. The role requires safeguarding employees, visitors, and assets, with an emphasis on preventing unauthorized access and ensuring safety.

The position offers 2nd or 3rd shifts (and weekends) with training provided and a path toward Security Officer Certification. Our team supports a range of clients, including offices, facilities, and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior security, law enforcement, or military service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Certifications: Security Officer License where applicable; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling the premises.
• Prevent unauthorized access and detect suspicious activities.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety policies are followed.
