Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Able to stand and walk for the full shift
• 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
• 6 months of previous customer service experience preferred
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What's In It For You

• Site Location: Kansas City, Missouri
• Set schedule: We have multiple shifts available for this split shift position.
• Shift 1:Full-Time ,Shift Supervisor - Friday through Saturday, 1st Shift, 6a.m. to 2p.m. and Security Officer - Sunday through Monday, 1st Shift, 6a.m. to 2p.m.
• Shift 2: Full-Time, Shift Supervisor - Friday through Saturday, 2nd Shift, 2p.m. to 10p.m. and Security Officer- Sunday through Monday, 2nd Shift, 2p.m. to 10p.m.
• Shift 3: Full-Time, Shift Supvervisor, Friday through Saturday, 3rd Shift, 10p.m. to 6a.m. and Security Officer - Sunday through Monday, 3rd Shift, 10p.m. to 6a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.63 Security Officer / $25.63 Shift Supvervisor / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preffered
• 6 months of previous customer service experience preffered
• You have a state license if required
