Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Background check with no felony or related offenses.
• Pass a drug test at hire and annually thereafter.
• Professional appearance per policy and strong communication skills.
• Able to read/write English and interpret safety documentation.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Able to stand/walk 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and information to callers.
• Utilize multiple applications and computer systems daily.
• Dispatch personnel for emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Uphold procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor CCTV and report maintenance needs.
• Operate access control, fire, and security systems with data entry.
• Create and maintain reports and files; support updates.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow site post guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
