GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer to join our on‑call team serving Raleigh, Durham and Fayetteville, NC. You’ll handle patrols, access control, and incident response with a customer‑service mindset.

Ideal candidates have an active PPSB license, a valid driver's license and at least one year in security. You'll work 1st–3rd shifts, with 24/7 on‑call readiness, and receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.

• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

***YOU WILL BE ON CALL 24/7 MONDAY-SUNDAY***

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Must have an active PPSB license
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be over the age of 21 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must have complete open availability for all shifts and schedules.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
