GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a casual on-site Response Security Officer to handle patrols, customer service, and rapid incident response across Raleigh, NC and Durham, NC sites. The role requires flexibility for 1st–3rd shifts, 24/7 on-call availability, and a strong focus on adaptability.

Eligible candidates have an active PPSB license, a valid driver’s license, are 21+, and possess at least 1 year of security experience.

Qualifications

• Active PPSB license required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year security experience.
• Must be able to complete extensive screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• State license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be over the age of 21 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must have complete open availability for all shifts and schedules.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
