GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer to support on-site coverage in the Raleigh and Durham areas. The role blends customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring adaptability and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment.

You must hold an active PPSB license, a valid driver’s license, be 21 or older, and have at least one year of security experience. On-call shifts are 24/7 across multiple sites with a competitive $20/hour wage and inclusive benefits.

• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

***YOU WILL BE ON CALL 24/7 MONDAY-SUNDAY***

• Must have complete open availability for all shifts and schedules.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
