Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points and credentialed access systems, verify visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control access to office, studio, production, and common areas in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Spanish Credential Intake in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by managing visitor access, verifying credentials, monitoring entry points, and assisting with badge-related needs. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
