Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and concentration.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must have a TWIC card.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in security.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must obtain a security license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and write detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.

• Train new officers and provide on-site coaching.
• Direct security officers, assign posts, manage shifts.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalat in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time Tue+Wed+Sat 2pm-10pm | Thur-Fri 10pm-6am 40hrs

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Train new officers, conduct on-site training, and provide coaching to improve performance
• Direct security officers, assign posts and orders, manage shift scheduling, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Show leadership skills as a shift supervisor and be available for officers and clients if needed
• Will be enrolled in aviation training to obtain FAA drone certification

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology (Computer skills)
• You have a valid driver's license with no restrictions (B
• Must have a valid TWIC card (Hard copy, not expired)
• Must have at least 1 year of previous supervisor experience in security or a similar field
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time if needed
• Must be able to obtain a security license
