Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekend and holiday coverage. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with immediate hiring efforts and opportunities for advancement.

The role requires leading security staff, coordinating front desk operations, and ensuring a safe environment. Applicants need 1+ year of supervisory security experience, a TN Security License, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• TN Security License required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
• Maintain front desk logs pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history Required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• TN Security License Required
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
