Job summary

Allied Universal Security Officer Screening Support in Waimanalo, HI is responsible for screening visitors and personnel, monitoring access points, and maintaining a secure environment at a food and beverage location. You will carry out site-specific procedures, report unusual conditions, and provide professional service to guests and staff while following established protocols.

Position is full time with a schedule that includes night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries entering the location in accordance with established procedures, maintaining accurate entry records as required.
• Monitor access points, observe activity in assigned areas, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Pay Rate: $18.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
