Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Security Ambassador - Rover/Driver to deliver exceptional security and client service, patrolling the site by vehicle, golf cart, or on foot, and controlling access for guests, vendors and staff.

The role requires quick adaptation to changing events, accurate reporting, and strict adherence to client procedures. CPR/AED certification is required or can be obtained within two weeks of an offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
• 21 years of age or older as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PILB in hand.
• HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 1 week of offer.
• U.S. Citizenship or Naturalized.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide essential access control by screening guests, employees, vendors, and other entrants.
• Patrol grounds by car, golf cart, or on foot.
• Issue appropriate badges at the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Work with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment according to procedures.

• Shift 1: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Tuesday/Thursday & Friday.
• Shift 2: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Friday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities For Response Security Guard

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests. You would also screen people upon exiting.
• You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.
• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• You are able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have at least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• You have, or can obtain, within 1 week a certification in CPR/AED.
• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
