Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
