Qualifications

• Passion for Concordance's mission.
• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Prior experience with justice-involved adults preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and security of participants and facilities.
• Conduct safety rounds and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Collaborate with team members for security operations.

Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain an armed security guard license

Formation

Higher education degree preferred

CPR/adult first aid certification preferred
