Qualifications

• Surveillance and monitoring of premises for security threats.
• Ability to enforce access control policies and verify IDs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and patrol assigned premises.
• Enforce access control; issue visitor passes as needed.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; report incidents to authorities as required.
• Document incidents clearly and promptly for investigation.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to safeguard entrances, parking areas and perimeters.
• Greet visitors and assist employees with directions and inquiries.
• Inspect premises for safety hazards and fire risks.
• Handle minor disputes using de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with other security staff and emergency responders.
